I had to share this with you all. This truck has been in our shop for the past couple of days, and I kept swearing I was going to bring my camera in and take some pictures. It's a Mazda B series truck that has undergone a rather "interesting" transformation. I've seen some interesting things roll/get towed in, but this has instantly become one of my favorites.

Haha, wonder how much money was spent to do that.

Does it have an engine swap or just some badges stuck on?

You give this clown WAY to much credit. It's just a stock Mazda truck with the Alfa Romeo emblems/grill stuck on it. There is even one stuck to the center of the steering wheel.

Kinda pointless, but has the potential to be unique no less. Shame he didn't go all out on it. Instead of being original, now its just kinda stupid.

What are you guys talking about, Alfa Romeo always made trucks yeah it is kind of pointless but maybe he can't afford a AR so he decided to make his truck into the closest thing?

Man, I miss Alpha. I wish they'd start selling here in the states again.

Edit:I should do that to my Ranger. It'd at least look better that way. Still be a Ford, nothing can help that disease, but it'd be a better looking ford.

LMAO

That one is just stuck on over the top of the mazda one, and it's not even centered.

Up here we have a fabled mid 90's Buick Roadmaster, which has been outfitted with the front hood and grille from a 90's Mercedes Benz 4 series as well as trunk lid, badging and wheels. Just for good measure the guy has stolen the VW 4-Motion badging and stuck it on his trunk. I've been at intersections stopped with him, while all the other drivers look at his car in disbelief, I think the owner thinks people look at his car because in his mind he drives a Benz............its just so sad.

I wish I had gotten a profile picture of that. The AR emblem is at least 1/4" tall, glued over the Mazda emblem on the steering wheel. It's still in the shop, so if I go in to work on the G20 tomorrow, I may take the camera.

1der you are correct. My friend back home swapped that engine into his 92 escort and had some fun with it before it went ka-put. He put his single cam 1.9, i think, motor back in and started having fun with that. EXP...wow...i can't believe I said that...he he

yeah...I think the old turbo motor was a 1.6...unless it was that damn 2.3 rearing it's head again...pretty sure it wasn't that motor though...

if it was a '92, it should've been a 1.8 DOHC Mazda motor.
