Made the mistake of ordering from NissanPartsZone.com. A month later, and I'm still waiting. Calls to their "customer service" line is worse than a waste of time; a different story from everyone I speak to there. If these were exotic parts on back order, I could understand the problem. None of the bogus excuses I've been given, however, were that the parts are back ordered. It says a lot that this company is a lot better at making excuses than they are at fixing problems with customers' orders (they obviously have had more experience at excuses than solutions). In case anyone else is considering them, that's been my experience with them. End of rant.

P.S. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum.

Did you use a credit card? If you did, call them up and tell them that you want to cancel the order and you aren't getting help from them. Or call NPZ up and tell them you are going to cancel the order with them through your credit card.

I had an OK experience with them. Recently ordered some oil filters and got notified it was out of stock... waited for ~2 weeks no words and had to call customer service / email in order to get a response. They shipped the next day and items arrived.

Here's the final outcome. After 31 days of waiting and being told on several occasions that the parts would be shipped on various specific dates, I finally was given a UPS tracking number and UPS pickup date from these Bozos. But 2 business days later, UPS still said they only had been given billing info, but no package to pick up. A call to a supervisor assured me that the parts had indeed been picked up and would be delivered to me that very day. I waited till the next morning (of course the parts had not arrived as assured), contacted UPS and once again I was told that all UPS had was billing info but no package. I then called the same supervisor again and cancelled the order. But lo and behold, these jackasses promptly billed my credit card, apparently after my call to cancel the order. A call to American Express led to NissanPartsZone.com then processing a credit. What a fiasco.
