Car: 1993 infiniti J30

CAn someone help. I recently bought a 93 J30. it did not come with a remote. today i left the ket in the ignition, when i opened the door the alarm when off. how do i stop it.? i can even start it now

Put the key in the passenger or drivers door or even the trunk and unlock it. The car should start and the alarm should go off.

How did you lock the car with the key in the ignition? Usually the doors can't be locked with the keys in the ignition the ignition is not turned on.

dude i have not idea. the door was unlocked.. but i pulled the the terminal off the theft control unit. i will plug it back in and try what you said.. thank for the response
