Alarm sysem problem

Hey people,

i got a problem, after attempting to install an aftermarket sound system in my j30, (headunit, amp, sub,) i locked my doors to find that my keyless entry would not work to unlock/dissarm the alarm system, also i found that my key would not unlock any of the doors/trunk lid and it had in the past..., i had a locksmith come out and unlock my car. at which point the alarm system started going off. i was able to get the system to stop my disconnecting the battery and having all the doors closed, but now every time i open a door the alarm goes off and the engine will not start, i tried starting the car by reaching into the drivers side door without opening the door and the engine still will not start, i have tried just about everything i can think of, i have check all the fuses ( under the hood, and on the drivers side) i cannot find a blown fuse anywhere, also i have tried reprogramming the key fob but the alarm goes off when i open the trunk. i also have replaced the battery in the key fob still no luck....any help would be greatly appreciated.....im at a total lose short of towing the car to the dealership..

i forgot to mention i have taken all aftermarket parts and wiring out of the loop and reinstalled all stock parts....

So you put the key in and it just turns? It wont lock/unlock the doors? Cant open trunk with key???
Weird, on my car it beeps with the keyless...yours beep? Dead battery???

No when i insert the key in the lock, the lock will not move, it does not spin or anything, and the battery is not dead, when i hook the battery up i can move the ingnition key to ACC posistion it just will not start it does not even crank the starter, and im pretty sure its the sercutiyu system causing that.

i meant the battery in the fob....never heard of a system that stops the keys from turning...maybe some other j expert will pipe in, im a newbie!

Have you tried the two turn unlock maneuver on the passenger side ??
That should unlock all 4 doors and disable the alarm.
Also in my 94 if the alarm is activated the horn is beeping like a stuck pig.

Do you mean the key FOB beeps or the beep comes from the car?

i get a beep from both, and not the horn

Is this a after market alarm or a stock alarm? i wouldn't see why putting a radio in would cause any problems unless you mixed up a ground with a wire other then ground.

any solution to this one? having same problem after changing the battery
