Alarm/Siren HELP

I have a 2006 Altima sedan and i recently sent it to nissan to put on a back bumber but when it came back the car sounded completely different. Like when i unlocked it the "chirp chirp" sounded out of pitch and quiet and when i lock it, it doesnt even chirp anymore the horn honks twice. I took it back to nissan and they said they didnt do anything.(which im having a hard time beleiving) Do you guys know what the problem is?

Sounds like you must have an aftermarket alarm installed because in stock form the car never chirps. There are several settings (I think 4) for the lock/unlock notifications though with only 2 of them being able to be adjusted yourself through the key fob.
