Alarm Not Unlocking ???

I have a cheap alarm set called a telecom lcd 2-way pager when I lock the car its fine. When I unlock it it dose not unlock but the alarm disables. I don't really know much about alarms I'm clueless right now thanks for your time.

what 240 u have s13?? s14?? s13's are wired different because there's no lock button, so you gotta figure out the wiring or get new lock actuators.
