alarm issues stopping car from starting

ok i pulled my old radio out and had a few wires exposed and left it in a parking lot when i went into work came out and noting happened when i pressed the button i do have a automatic start tried that seemed like the car battery is dead opened the door with the key and turned it nothing it wasnt even trying to turnover and now it seems the inside door lock work occasionally the windows dont go up and down tried to jump the car same thing the inside dome lights are working the headlights and horn showing the battery is charged the alternator was replace 2 weeks ago and the cars stuck at work any suggestions??

You can bypas the starter relay to make it start....
