So, Something above the brake pedal has been hitting my foot. I finally decided I would go to zip-tie it out of the way when I found that my car has this security system thing installed above the pedal. (great place to install it retards). I don't know if it is hooked up, or anything and I kinda want it moved or taken out. So I snapped some pics to see what you guys think.

if you pull the key with the light button on it out of the socket the car won't start, or if it a manual it will probably start and die shortly after. These types of security devices do very little to deter real thieves who steal cars to "earn" a living.

I would suggest removing all the alarm wiring and reconnecting you factory connections so that the car will start/run normal. Then If you need security get a real remote control alarm system and have it istalled so the modules and wiring are properly concealed and connected. These types of systems have many nice convienence features available, I.E. key less entry, remote start etc...keep us posted
