alarm but no remote

how do u disarm the factory alarm without remote???i have one key,i tried locking and unlocking with key but diddnt work

when i had mine, i just ripped it off.then i got a stealth and it went off, but it turned off with unlocking, so i really dont know what to say..... if you dont want to just take it off and upgrade or something

So do you have a 1989 240SX? or later like S14 model 95+. The reason I ask is that their isn't a factory alarm for the 89 model, only auto locks. please ask if you need more information. I'd be gald to help you trouble shoot. maybe this should have been posted in the Audio and security forum and it would have got a quicker response.
