The GT2871 is definitely reliable to 400+ WHP. Some bigger injectors and an ECU reflash should be about all that's needed.

FC plan book ......upgrade intake...ground wire kit.....coilovers.......elimate pre cats...full exhaust system...fuel maps/o2 wideband....w/ that stuff done should be at about 220whp...which in that liltte tiny car translates to like 280whpish in a 240sx...

later put a turbo model in and fmic to get that 300whp: )

hey redtop....like i said their is alot more than a simple turbo upgrade in that dyno thread but to the guy that did that car awsome job very nice...but the turbo is honed the manifold is honed...i personally feel that is what makes the most diffrence w/ those numbers...again that is just how i see it ...honed stuff does wonders...so yes if you honed your stuff youll make those numbers good luck enjoy

I feel ya, bro. I'm way to picky when it comes to cars. I forget at times that the purpose of a project car is the whole restoration/customizing process.

Yeh it sucks to be so particular. I'm mainly worried about the body and interior. I HATE any kind of bodywork b/c I have to send it to a shop toget it done. Anything mechanical me and a few of my friends can do. Hey shpaintball, if I get an auto 240 would you be interested in doing an auto to manual swap?

last night al customs club was out ...ls1 rx7's grand nationals... s14 so beautiful .....few Z ...some ****ty burn rice (honda) ....a Trans am w/ a super charged 4.50....i wet my pants on that car hands down the best thing ive seen in a while for USDM better than nopi/ ect...it was gorgeous ...but not many meets thats y ive been trying to have some ...but i dont want immature my car is superior f*** there....just serious street pushers ...call me and come out ....

I'm not sure how many people are going to show up. My plan is to work on that this week. I have someone making fliers right now. Now that it is getting closer to time, the push is on to round up more people. I do know of a couple pretty nice cars that will be there. One is the cleanest SR s13 coupe I've ever seen coming over from Athens. He is supposed to be talking to some other folks. There will also be a black Z32 that should be putting down close to 400hp. And hopefully, the new file for my Bikirom will get rid of my stupid ghost rev limiter and I'll get to take the supercharger into the 6k+ range.

Once I have the copy of the flier, I'll post up a link so everyone can access it. And later this week, I'm gonna bump the dyno day link into the more general forums for more traffic.

If you see a Nissan person, invite them out. And no you do not have to dyno to be there. The point is to get a good group gathered and maybe make some new friends and contacts.

If anybody has suggestions about any part of this gathering, I'm all ears.
