I don't know off the top of my head how much he charges for tuning. I think it is an hourly rate and it depends on wether or not you are tuning or he is.

It is official. March 31st is the date for the Nissan meet/Dyno Day. Start talking to people and let's make this thing fun.

there is a parking garage ...that i go slide and i just go mess around...thats what i mean drift...i got my rx7 ...and im kinda unsure of it ...b/c i can smell smoke and see it a little in the engine bay...so i may take it back or get him to go down on the rest of the cost

That's why I hate rotaries. They're like a ticking time bomb if the guy(s) before you beat on it alot. I wouldn't want an FC unless you do like my neighbor and put a Chevy 350 in it...sounds sick.

lol im getting a 13b single turbo motor for it in may..!! it actually wasnt smoke it was anti freeze the radiator hoses are dry rotting since its been sitting ...so i am replacing those...it really is a nice fun little car...shift i know a guy who has another one for sale its a neat little car ....some of the design crap its all that awsome but its fun ...i love nissans still but the rx7 is growing on me.....but no matter what i will always love nissans

What color is it? There's two FCs I see around here alot. One is on sixth avenue its got what looks like an Origin kit on it and some BBS style rims. Dunno if it's turbo or not. The other is a red one with some okay wheels and a shiny red paint job and a loud *** exhaust. It's not turbo though. He and a couple of his friends own a little performance shop here. I'd like to own an FC but the sexiness of the Kouki still always manages to pull me in. Even the S13s with some old school meshies or 5Zigen's look good lowered. I dunno if I'm ever gonna get out of the house, but I really want to just get out on the road and row through the gears in my own car.

your *** is toasted ....i need to find some help to pay off my car the last little bit loan got shot down...i need 200$...lol trying to think of things i can get rid of or people who will loan me the $$... and you need to get out and come chill with us its been like me and a couple of my buddies for the last couple weeks pretty lame but the parties and crap are better then hangin w/ the rice burners on the other side of town...

Why does it have to be a "little dyno day"?

Talk to as many people as you can and we can make it a nice big event. You're always talking about getting a car club together. Wouldn't this be a good opportunity to recruit?

I'm all for trying to get alot of people together for the dyno day, but most people I know that are into cars have cars that are mostly stock...I'll talk to some people and see who all I can get wrangled up...

I really need to update my Car Domain site......those vids are when I still had the old CA18ET in there. It dynoed at 160whp and 168 ft lbs @ 14psi. It kept detonating, and would cut out during the pulls, so it should of been closer to 200 if it had been tuned.....anyway not too bad considering the stock numbers are 120 hp to the crank.Best 1/4 mile times with that motor were 14.7@93mph with horrible reaction times of 2.80I may throw it on the dyno at the meet now that I've got the CA18DET in there and see what she'll do, since it pulls way harder than the ca18et ever did.....so I'm kinda curious

turbo eventually right now hes buying a aluminum driveshaft...im givin him my radiator...so it should be pushin like 200whp maybe more? its fast tho...
