Al Franken wins Dem. Senate primary in MN

Comedian Al Franken won the primary in Minnesota today:

My immediate thought was, "Gee, I wonder if Rush Limbaugh is going to endorse him?"

It's going to see interesting to see how he fares in the general election. With his T.V. and stand-up comic background he should handle debates and the heckling quite well.

If he can keep it humorous rather than vitriolic, he'll probably win. Still, I'm indifferent about him being the Senator from my home state. I miss Wellstone.

I love Al's ongoing rivalry with Ann Coulter.

I can't believe this actually happened.

At any rate, I think he'll probably win too, but I'm not sure what kind of Senator he'll be.
