A customer sent me a link to this video after the successful installation of the AKEBONO Brake kit on his 2003 M45. It is not a direct swap and does require some minor modifications and we do not carry the brake lines.

Where do you get the metal spacer shown in the video? Not the bracket and not the washers, but the round thing?

There is no F50 chassis M35/M45. If you are referring to the Y50 (2006-2010), it's direct bolt on except modifying dust shields and proper size wheels.
If you are referring the the F50 Chassis Q45, this is the wrong forum and I don't of anyone installing this kit on that particular vehicle.
