Akebono brake caliper upgrade for m35

Been considering upgrading my brakes on my Infiniti m35 to the akebono brake calipers found on the q50. Can anyone tell me if this swap can be done.

Why the Q50? Just use the tried and true set from the G. Has been done countless times and I believe the kit is available for purchase from one of our sponsors, TunerzStore.com

One of the members on the forum, Moe did an awesome write up on the kit: akebono-g37-sport-big-brake-kit-upgrade ... 84077.html

You can find the calipers/other parts used for cheaper, just have to search (that don't look too beat up) - or get 'em really used and have them powder coated.
