Hi,
I have a 94 q45 Base, manufactured 2/94. Akebono part ACT 588 shows 96 onwards on some sites, and fits 94 on others. OEM pads have different part numbers from 94, changing in 95. What will really fit?

so after examining diagrams, my choice
1. Centric or Monroe rear ceramic and keep the sensor wire
2. Akebono for 96 q45 and modify the sensor wire plug to eliminate the sensor.

As these are the rear, and its just for daily driving. Does it matter?
Comments? Thanks

Whatever you'd prefer. If you drop the sensor, I'd just cut off the sensor side of the plug, and twist the wires together vs. modifying the car side of the sensor harness. That way you can easily go back to a sensor style pad in the future if you want.
