AIV removal

Well I just finished the removal of the aiv unit in my 91.The removal went without a hitch.No trouble codes came up. I did not remove the exhaust gas pipe cause i'm still looking for some kind of plug for it(i dont like to ghetto rig stuff:) ).Instead I took some brass solid stock tubing and cut a chunk off to stuff in that rubber tube. Worked great! Next mission I guess is to plug the exhaust up. Any body know if an aftermarket header for the ka motor even has that opening in the exhaust for the aiv? Anyways thanks to all who submited info on this mod. Your info made this job easy!
