I disasemble my IAV and IAA units to clean and make sure they weren't clogged or anything, and the IAV was. Once I reasembled them and put them back on the car, the car wouldn't made a loud squealing sound and the idle wouldn't go down unless I turned off the car. If anyone could give me some input on what the problem might be it would be greatly appreciated.

all i can suggest is to check all your vacuum lines again to amek sure you don't have some weird leak.

when you say aiv & iaa - do you mean just the unit on the exhaust side? or also the one behind the intake manifold.

If you messed around w/ the one behind the intake mani/throttle body, you will probably have to readjust your idle air & timing.

loud sqeauling sound from where?

Yeah, it was both. the IAA on the back of the manifold, and the AIV on the exhaust side. The squealing sound seems to be coming from the intake side. If you can give me anymore info that would be great.

when you plugged back in teh intake side, did you get new gaskets or used rtv silicone?

you probably have your leak there. there's LOTS of vacuum hoses back there, make sure you didn't disconnect them by accident.

New gasket. And I'll try to see if I accidently disconnect something, but I usually make sure to double check. Thnaks man.
