AiResearch T4 questions...

Buying a AiResearch turbo for my KA-T project, was wondering if some of the turbo gurus on here can answer some questions or even make some comments.

Its a On-Center T4, 60 trim. Comp 60a/r, Turbine 56a/r. I'm guessing its a T04E cause its 60 trim correct?

Can anyone comment on the driveability of this turbo on my set up.

Asking cause my friends T4 setup is really like an on/off switch and i don't want that. of course his t4 is a little bigger 69a/r turbine.

my ka-t consists of a t04e with a .58ar 57 trim...rev hard mani so a tad a smaller and i run 72lb injectors with jwt's 72 ecu..but anyways as far as drivability..i get full boost around 3900rpm which is think is perfect because i can get 28 mpg on the interstate yet when racing or having fun the boost is right there just waiting...i think youll hit full boost around 4100ish

Damn really, cause my friends T4 thats even bigger then both of ours hits full boost around 4000-4100. He starts to build around 3300-3500, really kinda hard to say cause its like warp speed around that point lol. He also uses a revhard and JWT combo.

I didn't like his set up because of the lag and sluggish driveability. Not saying its THAT bad but wanted some just a tad more peppy.

I really wanted a t3/t4 but got this turbo for a good deal and its on center so i don't have to worry about clearance issues.

Anyone else has experience or knowledge? No one running just straight T4?
