Ok, i searched every possibility to see if anyone knew this or not but all i seemed to find was threads on people just wondering if they should or shouldnt. So basically i have a time attack S14 ('96) and every lil ounce counts... but its also my daily driver during the summer so i kinda wanted to keep the dash and interior lol. Anywho... gettin off the subject, i removed the entire airbag delivery system; passengers side, relay cable at all connector points and the SRS control module (aka airbag computer). Now my car wont start. Everything electronic works (minus the radio) but cluster clock is blank and it lights up all the dash warnings. I dont know about the airbag light since i removed that a while ago when i put an S15 steering wheel on.

Now ive heard some cars wont start if the airbag is deployed or removed for obvious reasons... is there something i missed/overlooked? Or do i just need to pull the dash again and reinstall the system all over?

Thanks to anyone!

I think that maybe since the airbag computer is gone, there is some curcuit that was broken that won't let the car start. You're best bet might be to put just the computer back in, and use some kind of resistors to bridge between the pins to trick it into thinking the airbag is still there.
