AIRBAG LIGHT QUESTION (NOT ABOUT RESETTING)

well i have a 1995 240sx and the airbag light is on, so i ran it under the diagnosis mode to see what codes it threw and i got 7 flashes and according to the FSM, 7 flashes recommends to:

1. visually check the wiring harness connections.2. replace the diagnosis sensor unit3. replace the main harness

so therefore im hoping its not the harness, and ima go ahead and replace the diagnosis sensor unit.

so my questions are: WHERE IS THE DIAGNOSIS SENSOR UNIT LOCATED? HOW MUCH FOR A USED ONE? AND WHERE WOULD BE A GOOD PLACE TO CHECK FOR WIRING HARNESS CONNECTIONS?
