Airbag Light is Blinking

I took off the front Bumper to take out the Dent (my wife rammed it into a column). After replacing the bumper i has to jump start the car. When i started the car the Airbag light comes on then it start blinking. Now i am not sure if it some wires got disconnected when i replaced the bumper or is it due to the jump start... How do i diagnose this?

An update....I followed the Diagnostic process given in the FSM. 1. Open the Driver's door. 2. Turn the ignition switch from Off to ON3. Press Drivers Door Switch atleast 5 times in 7 seconds.

It gave me a signal in which a (off for 2 sec), b (on for 3 sec) signal. After that the problem went off.

Can i safely assume that it was due the low battery.
