2009 Nissan Rogue

I am having trouble diagnosing this airbag code. I believe I have the vehicle in diagnostic-mode by following the airbag light reset procedure. I am stumped on the flashing count.

Parts I have replaced:
Driver airbag
Passenger airbag
Front crash zone sensor
LH & RH Seat belts/tensioners
Airbag module reset
Battery is brand new

I used Autel OBDII to scan for SRS faults, system says PASS, and no check engine faults either.

I was wondering if you were able to get this resolved?
I have a 2009 Rogue and the passenger airbag light illuminates and stays on while someone is in the seat. I have taken it to the shop to see if they can find anything and of course I am told they can't duplicate the problem so they can't give me an answer. I took it to another shop and was told the same thing. When I checked recalls, I noticed that the 08 had a recall. This car was purchased in 08 but is an 09. When I inquired to see if that could be significant I was told no.
I am basically stuck. The service manager acts like he doesn't know what to do, what to check or even how to go about taking care of this. I don't want to start throwing money into lots of parts but I want to at least have it diagnosed.

Yup, I got it resolved. I turns out there was a "stored" code that OBD found and it was the passenger airbag. Got the code erased and it never came back.
