airbag / hoen wiring

So when I got my Z the airbag light was on, not a big deal I am putting in a new wheel w/o airbag anyway, but the horn does not work. Under the hood there is a broken wire that is stripped back at the end coming from the firewall near the brake master cylinder that has a yellow connector in line on that wire before the break. I know all airbag wiring has yellow connectors on it to warn u that it is airbag wiring. I'm thinking this also is the reason my horn is not working. Anyone know where the wire is supposed to go?
