For some crazy reason , while driving through the Altamont pass in northern Cal , my vents starting blowing out air on high . Even after I turned off the heater the air still kept blowing on high. When I got home I removed the fuses and it stopped. When I put one back in it started blowing on high again. What the heck is going on , a relay switch gone bad or something. ? :wtf2: :gotme

It's not a relay.
Your fan amp has gone bad. It's located behind the glove compartment (you'll have to take the glove box out). Easy and cheap replacement.
This is a known problem BTW, and has been discussed on here many times.
Give the search function a try and I'm sure you'll find lots of threads on the subject.

I'm a little late on this reply but I went to the wrecking yard and bought the fan amp for maybe $20 put it in and everything is back to normal. It was a Nice ,easy, clean quick fix
