Sup everybody I got a quick question. I just bought a cheap-o intake for my ka-e and on the maf adapter there's no slot for the air temp sensor so I was wondering if i could just leave it hanging on the side :gapteeth: or where can I find a correct adapter for the sensor.

I looked in the FSM's intake air temp sensor? I don't recall them having one, and the FSM does not show one. Please take a pic

Thought S14s had them (never messed with S14 much though), but never seen one on S13.

if my ka is original, which I'm sure it is. then there's no air temp sensor. only the maf sensor. you all are welcome and can now praise me :) lol jk guys. As far his pipe sensor Bung, he doesn't need it. Plug it up, you only need the maf sensor.

The ka24e had them on the botten part of the intake box in the back. 2 screws held it on.

You could modify a pipe and just attach it, but it is only used for diagnostic purposes. It will not throw a code or make your car run weird if it is unplugged

Buy a Air Intake Adapter that will fit into the Air Temp Sensor. You'll get better fuel ratio with the Air Temp Sensor connected too.
