ok first of all how much wil thye cost for a 2001 maxima, is it worht investing on a car wiht 138,xxxmiles on and how hard is it

It's worth investing in if you plan to keep driving the car.

My understanding is that most kits are pretty much like converting to coilovers install-wise, aside from the air and control components.

I'd guess a decent setup will run you between $2000 and $3000, maybe a little more.

K Sport makes one for the Maxima, which will also work with the I-series. The online price is around 3500 bux online.
