uuuhmine ran without it. but my car likes to run without lots of things, like oil, coolant, the o2 sensor, the aacv solenoid, the pcv solenoid, the water pump (it hates those), and im sure im forgetting things.

oh, and ive got $50 (im determined to make use of my 150 dollar ecu, so i dont need the chip), but i have to convince my dad to let me use the credit card again so i can send you money. i currently "owe" him 342 dollars because he is too damn lazy to take it out of my account. which, might i add, he is the co-signer on, so its basically his too.

I'd try plugging it, and running the throttle partly open? like crack it just enough so it idles high... like around 1000? would that work?

I believe nissan 300zx have the same one 1990-1996, I will double check when I go home, I will compare my 300zx one to the ca18et at 4:00pm today after work.

well i plugged it up seems to be running ok,. but i think it still got issues , like bad rings and bad 02 sensor, damn that leaded race gas damn it all to hell. also bad temp sensor might be why its sputtery after its warmed up . but its only sputtery at low rpm and first part of throttle then it chokes and smoothes out to boost pretty good. hmm wierd , well hopefully i wont be driving it too much longer another 2weeks or so i think , just in time to put it up for the snow season

damn it, car was running pretty good for a few hours then i think i blew a hose or somthing cause its running like crraaaaap again, stalling out not wanting to drive or boost, most likely its the breather hoses that i didnt bother to clamp down since i was late to work and outa clamps again. ohwell sunday ill digg under the hood and fix some of it
