Ok i just got a used air regulator for my 91s13. i heed a lil guidance on the install. Since the dang thing is inbetween the uper and lower runners of the intake manifold, i wanted to remove the bolts holding the 2 halves together spread it appart and swap it out with the extra room. then i noticed there is a bracket that supports the manifold to the block. i can't remove it. hand tools wont work. the only other option is to go in through the front but that may not leave enough room for hand tools. what do i doo?

BTW the used air regulator is from an s14 and its reading 61ohms resistance. the fsm says its supposed to be 75. is it still good?

61 should be ok. i will tell you right now that you need to remove the entire intake. maybe somebody knows a trick that i dont know but i think you have to remove the whole darn thing. i have done it. its not that bad.
