Air recirculation button

Hi all, I just noticed that the air recirculation button (3rd one from the left) is not working. The light is not coming on and I think it is not recirculating air as well if pressed(usually the sound of the fan is different when on recirc) Is there a way to test it or the fuse panel or maybe just the light? I'm thinking it's LED but it should not burn out that fast..

I tried the other options with the air control modes I still couldn't get to recirculation mode
