air pipe from intake to exhaust manifold

Anyone know what this thing that runs from the air intake upstream from the air sensor and goes to exhaust manifold downstream of the o2 sensor ?It has some kind of vacuum actuator in the middle . It is in a240sx super hicas hb 1991.
