Air LIft 1000 installed on my 03 QX4.
I know that 5psi is minimum.
Have 25psi in there now with no load but
going to tow a week from now.
Is 25psi with no load too much?
Will that mess up the suspension or steering?

25psi is just fine for daily driving, I think I ran mine at 30 psi for everyday, it wont affect steering, and only affects the harshness of the rear spring ride
You REALLY need to be sure they have ateast 5psi at all times though, as soon as they deflate, your spring will eat a hole in the side of the bag FAST

I just wanted to add my two cents on PSI recommendations. My system is run separately left and right and I'm happy with that setup. My left used to sit a little lower than the right and I can make that fine tune adjustment with a little shot of air on one side.
I run 10 psi for daily driving. The ride is downright plush. The change to the car from a NVH standpoint is dramatic. It takes bumps with aplomb and never bottoms out like we all know our R50's to do.
I up the pressure if I need an extra lift if towing or I want it stiffer. In daily driving, 25-30 psi would be too firm for my taste and the rear would sit a little too high for me with no load. To each their own.
The beautiful thing about this setup is it can be tailored to anyone's wants or needs. I like mine cushy. I couldn't strongly recommend these enough. I had mine professionally installed by an authorized dealer and, if a bag breaks or a leak springs, it's fixed no questions asked. Support is phenomenal.
