air intakes, fujita or injen?

what is the difference between injen and fujita? I notice injen has MR and heat shield. does fujita have MR and heat shield? also, does anyone here (3.5 v6 6MT owners) have fujita installed in their sedan or coupe? i notice alot of injen owners here, is there a reason to that? could it be that injen is better and easier to install than the fujita? any pics or installation tutorials on how to install the fujita if i were to purchase one?
