Air Intake/ TB Upgrades

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has experienced or heard of hp improvements by swapping the stock 70mm Altima TB with a stock 09-14 maxima 75mm? I’ve already done a WAI, and have a Stillen pulley on the way.
I’m aiming towards upgrading the TB, adding a spacer, and coolant bypass. Also considering swapping to the 16+ maxima upper intake once I hit 100k and do the plugs.. I know each of these “mods” is minimal but all together might add a few hp and at very least give me piece of mind that I’m running at optimum.
