Everything but the heatshield is from pep boys. If you need part numbers, let me know. I had to redrill the MAF adapter, only because I liked the heavy aluminum with the vacuum fitting already in it better than the cheapo plastic one that others seem to fit directly. As for the heat shield, a local plastics shop carries abs so I bought a 2' x 4' for $20 and a set of tin snips. It was enough to do 2 shields. As for building the shield, just get some good cardboard and make one side at a time. Tape it all together and test fit it like that for your final adjustments. You then have a perfect template to transfer to your abs and cut out with the tin snips. A split 1/2 hose and a split 5/8 hose on the outer edge to seal make it look clean and your done. I just folded the abs, but there are little heaters you can get to do perfect edges at the plastic shop for like 60 bucks. Not necessar unless you want it perfect without stress marks from folding. I ran a ram air pipe down in front that comes out in about 5 seconds in case there is big water.

I went from the stock 235s to really heavy 31"s and they were too much a drag with the stock gearing. I was going to change tires since they taxed me so much. Between the intake and exhaust, it has more than compensated. It adds a nice hardly noticable low growl when normal driving but lets out a wonderfully wicked banchee's scream when stompin on it. I have had it on for about 20k miles now. I love it and it was well worth it to me. I never did a dyno buy my dyno is a 5000 ft incline that I could barely hold 55mph up with stock tires in 4th. Slowed down to 45mph in 3rd with the 31"s. and I can hold 60 in 4th now with the 31"s. HWY 168 to shaver lake in Ca. The stock setup is pretty restrictive.
