Air intake sensor connector is broken

The two wires that connect to the air intake sensor broke off. The ends are too far in the connector to splice. (Finally I know something. I feel like I'm one of you guys already). The connector isn't a piece I can buy according to the mechanics I've spoken too. The dealer told me I need the "wiring harness for like $1k. But I know all I need is another wire preferably from a junk yard. The problem is here in nyc none of the junkyards have had 97-01 Q45s. With that said I can't wait to hear what you guys think I should do. You guys always come through, damn home brew mechanics you. I even took a few pics so you guys can see what I'm talking about.
On a brighter note. I just did the o2 sensors. All 4. Man what a difference. Now all I have is p1320 and egr valve. Possibly Cam pos sensor.

Most of the time on any car, that type of connector is used in multiple places. Personally what I would do is go find a junk Q in the salvage yard, snip that connector off with some wire cutters, and splice it into yours.

Alternatively (and I've done this too), you can pull the individual pins out of the connector and re-crimp the wires.. I suppose that may be worth a try, but splicing in a new connector will be way easier.

The dude was able to solder it. So I'm i decided to wait the 8-10 weeks memory fab said it would take to get the sr specials. What else do I need to change while I'm doing them?
