Alright I got my car running and in time, but now another problem arises. Welcome to 240s is what my buddy always says. Heres the problem the car idles fine with the maf plugged in and unplugged rule out bad maf sensor( this is with no filter on the end), now if I put the filter on the end of the maf while the car is running the car dies. I don't get it. Is it starving it for air? Would the emissions delete have anything to do with it, but once again car runs and idles fine. If anyone can help that would be awesome. :bowrofl:

Did you keep the IACV? And keep that hose on the intake hooked up to the IACV?

Seems it may be clogged or something. Its like at idle it is pulling enough air through the closed throttle body until you put the filter on it and it can't pull enough air through.

It was the filter I got a dry one from a buddy of mine and the car is fine now just have to play with the idle now
