air Horn

 i came acrooss an air horn kit. It mounts to the side of the block. I am going to have to drill new holes in the mounts. Does any body no what size of bolt fits into the four holes in the side of the block?

The four holes that mount the bracket that holds the air (smog) pump?  They are 8MM x 1.25.  length 20 MM?  They are outside in a cold garage, I do not want to measure the length of them tonight.
