Your car has an O2 sensor you just havnt found it. Its on your exhaust manifold, look at the bottom part of the heatsheild on the manifold. Theres a single wire running to it.

The gage you bought is completely worthless. Its nothing more than a lightshow and cant help you tune, or really do anything at all.

You need a Wideband o2 sensor for what you want to do, but they are expensive and you dont need one unless you are going to tune your engine.

Dont bother with those stupid ebay test pipes, you wont be able to use it at all. The cat on a 240 isnt a separate piece, its a part of the whole exhaust. Also, the tiny hp gain you will see from removing it is a really stupid/irresponsible way to make your car louder and a tiny bit faster.

Also, cars need cats. Its a federal offense to tamper/remove a catalytic converter. The government will send people to your house if you remove it. Bad people, and helicopters(more than one).

but you failed to remember the law for the environment...i believe its anything before 93 doesnt need a cat if i remember properly, so no, nasty men clad in all black will not come to steal my test pipe. hah and is it really that important to have a wideband o2 sensor. what kind of tune options do i have with that wideband..the turbo is coming soon woo!!

Cats are required on all cars they came with. And even if they didnt need one, it wouldnt be '93...more like '76. It is illegal to remove, tamper, and even re-sell used cats.

Widebands are not a tuning device, merely a tool used while tuning with piggyback, stand alone, reflashed ecu, ect. You could even just use it on a stock car if you wanted to know the actual A/F ratio. Also, your car needs an o2 sensor to run properly.

Honestly, it sounds like you need to do a lot more research before turboing your car. All of this information can be found on here or just google it if you are unsure what to look for. I GUARANTEE something will pop up with relevance.
