For starters, unless its a wideband o2 gage its useless. I mean yea the narrowband o2 gages look pretty, always flashing around and actin a fool but, completely useless. I think you have to tap your front O2 sensor for this, but i would just sell it.

Im assuming you got an electric oil pressure gage? If so, it came with a sending unit. This is typically a goldish colored cylinder thing. What you need to do is take either take out your stock oil pressure gage sending unit, which is down next to the oil filter. Its a small, usually blackend from oil leaks, cylinder. You really dont need it, but some cars will throw a code if its not installed. If you want to keep it you need to get a fitting that screws into it and has 2 ports. I would recommend against using an oil T, those are prone to break.

If you wana junk it, just take it out and install your stock one. Be really careful, because those threads are super easy to crossthread. Teflon it up before you put in in. Honestly its a real big pain in the a$$ to get to. I just installed mine, but i had the intake manifold off.... I think your best bet is to try to get at it from the underside of the car. You might have to take off a bracket that attaches from your intake manifold to your block. It will be right behind your alternator.

Hope this helps man, and good luck.

boost, oil pressure, wideband O2, and EGT.

Your oem water temp gauge is as accurate as any other gauge so I never put one in. If you get a nice wideband/data loger (PLX) they usually have a built in EGT (exhaust gas temp) gauge. That's my vote!

a little new to the gauges scene, and just wondering what is wideband/data logger (PLX), and the purpose of knowing what the temp of your exhaust??? dont really see the point in knowing your egt?? tuning?

richer tends to lower the temps, leaner tends to run hotter. the temp of the exhaust gas can tell you if you're lean or rich basically.
