Any ideas to gain some leverage to remove a stuck Air/Fuel sensor. Mine is stuck on the manifold. I can't fit a breaker bar into the tight space. I've sprayed it with PB blaster several times over the past 24 hours. I haven't tried torching it yet, but its such a tight space that I'm a bit apprehensive with damaging other electrical components in the process. Please help.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I thought I'd give it a shot:

Download the engine manual here: http://www.filedropper.com/versaenginemanual

it's for a 2009 but it might be similar to yours

check page 144, step 3

They show a special offset tool being used to remove it, which I found here:

so that might give you an idea of what's needed to get it out of there!

Unfortunately the tool that you mentioned does not fit. There is a metal shield around the sensor that doesn't allow the tool to squeeze into the tight space to grab onto the sensor. The silver socket in the autozone kit below (see link) fits. Unfortunately, it sticks out too far and doesn't allow for as much leverage as the other two sockets in the kit (if they were to fit on my application).

Other things I tried today:
I removed the cowl which gave me a few extra millimeters of space, but it wasn't enough to get the leverage with a breaker bar.

I clipped the wires off the sensor and torched as much of the area directly around the sensor without frying any of the other components in the vicinity.
I tried several more times pulling and yanking on a ratchet with no luck.
BTW I sprayed PB blaster on it several times over the past 48 hours.

Any other ideas? Are there any special curved breaker bars out there to give additional leverage in awkward spaces?

Well, I just needed a bigger 1/2 inch ratchet and some more yanking and it came right off. The threads were stripped badly, but I was able to clean them up and get the new sensor on after some work. I still can't believe how difficult this was, my old Altima's O2 sensor was so much easier to replace with it being right at the front of the engine.

Thanks mrmont for the info.
