where is the engine air filter located and how do I change it?

You have 2 air filters - A/C cabin air filter (behind glove box) and engine air intake filter (under the LH/driver-side engine room cover). To replace the engine air filter, remove the LH cover and on the air inlet duct, you will see a box with 2 clips on top. Release the clips and pull out the air filter.

Better download a copy of FSM (Factory Service Manual) if you intend to do your own car maintenance.

Don't forget the air filters for the under the seat cooling/heating system...
