Air Filter

I ordered an air filter for a 1996 I30. I was sent part number 16546-0Z000 instead of 16546-V0110 which is for the VQ30DE engine. On the box of the filter I was sent it lists the application for a VG30DE engine and states 'Made in Canada'. The filters are the exact same size. Does anyone know if there are any differences between these two filters? The only one I noticed is that the filter I was sent is oiled quite a bit. Is there any reason I shouldn't use this air filter on my I30? Any input would be appreciated.
