How will removing the compressor condenser and lines affect the functioning of the engine?

Well for starters, you won't have cold air coming out of those vents, unless it's like 15 degrees outside.

But seriously, it will free up a little more horsepower due to less rotating mass. Not much, but the butt dyno might be able to feel it.

if you are referring to drivability, removing the compressor wont effect it.
