2001 extera AC cool but not cold, drained and replaced coolant, pressure ok no leaks but have the same problem.

You drained and replaced the coolant?

By coolant, do you mean you replaced the liquid in the radiator?

Or did you recharge the freon in the A/C system?

I drained and pulled a vac. for 1hr then replaced the freon. but the cooling is stil only cool at best.
