Air conditioning

I have a 96' Nissan Quest GXE with front and rear A/C. I can not get the rear to work. The rear blower is good. I am not sure how to trace the power. Does it come directly from the front heater/a/c panel to the blower, or does it go into the rear panel first? I have no voltage at the rear blower. (I can get it to work if I remove it and put 12v to it).

The control for the rear a/c fan is the frt. blower switch for the rear fan speed. The grd goes through the frt. fan switch and through the frt. control head to grd. It is likely to be the frt. a/c control head. This might be good to take to a dealer or reliable shop. The head can be exspensive.
