Car: 1993 Q45, all new suspension, new abs accuator, new tcs accuator, new rims from a 97 Q45.

The air conditioner only seems to blow air when the fan is set on high. I've checked the fuses and they look ok...

Any advice?

Resistor failure caused by high drag on fan motor. Be sure to rehabilitate or replace the fan motor when you replace the Darlington Bridge Resistor.
