so ive noticed several times that my air conditioner sometimes doesnt cool very efficiently when slowing down, like coming off the interstate, i just figured it was the vent not getting as much forced air into it so used the recirculator thing, so it would remove that variable and still have the issue, this may be an issue once every 4-days or so, well yesterday while driving home, i was doing about 40 mph and as soon as i touched the brake pedal the airconditioner started putting out warm air, and it stayed hot until i got back on the gas when the light turned green...

odd i know, but any guesses as to what it might be? its under warranty so soon ill just take it to the dealership if i cant figure it out.

Perhaps the belt is slipping and needs adjustment.
If still under warranty take it to the dealer

if there air conditioning is not on recirculate u must understand it is taking air from around the engine bay and shooting it in to the passenger compartment after a brief cooling so that when you stop the vehicle there is no fresh air moving around the air compartment my advice is to keep recirculating in the city and opening up the vents on the highway
not any problem with your vehicle all depends on the temperature outside

make sure your using the recirculate constantly because if you just use it when its getting hot it will take some to time to close the vents.
thats other thing to look for if the actuators on the external vents are working you should be able to tell the difference in noise when you press the recirculate button
