air condition problem???????????

im having a problem with my a/c?? compressor works, when i turn the car on ac wont blow, while im driving i can feel it slightly if i hit a bump it start blowing normal???? can anobody help or have an idea at what can be wrong???? thanks in advance

Bad solder joint, or loose connector somewhere in the Blower circuit.
