Air care problem ><

hey guys, I have one of those long down pipe... I thinking if I weld a new cat. converter on the stock cat-back exhaust... will I still pass air care?I have to do air care asap, and I don't have enough money to buy one more down pipe and cat. converter

What's air care? I'm assuming it's what we call a smog test down here? Honestly none of us here all have different setups and engines all run differently. What works for one may not work for another. It's best if you weld in a new cat and replace your o2 sensor out with a new one first. Do a pretest if you guys have that, then find out what needs to be worked on then fix and go back. Trial and error buddy. Trial and error.
