I'll leave this up, lol, but I don't know if it's the same system as our car so not sure if anyone here will be able to chime in...unfortunately. I have no clue, hope you get some traction though man.

One place I'd start is the FSM for the Quest though...should be on here somewheres. They usually have troubleshoot guides in there.
